My training cards for your compulsory training

These training cards help you easily and time-efficiently incorporate effective compulsory training into your limited training time. Based on the compulsory exercises of various competition levels, you’ll find a wide range of preparatory exercises for targeted strength and coordination (technique) development.

Each card includes:

– Photos of the exercise with step-by-step instructions for correct execution
– Equipment or materials you’ll need
– Recommended number of repetitions or duration of the exercise
– Important tips for proper execution
– Variations and ways to increase difficulty
– Goals of the exercise

All this makes it easy to implement the exercises in training, so even younger vaulters can train independently with the cards after a short introduction. Additionally, the training cards offer you – whether you’re a coach or a vaulter – a chance to expand your knowledge and integrate new ideas into your training routine. The practical size of the cards (A6: 105×148 mm) allows for quick storage, making it easy to bring the set to any training session or anywhere else.

There are 3 levels, so each competition class can optimally prepare for its compulsory routines:

Level 1 is based on the compulsory exercises of the E level (German LPO).
Level 2 is based on the compulsory exercises of the A & L levels (German LPO).
Level 3 is based on the compulsory exercises of the M, S & Junior levels (German LPO).
 
Due to the similarity of compulsory exercises, these cards are also useful for vaulters from other German-speaking countries.
