In this card set you will find preparatory exercises in the areas of strength and technique for the following exercises:
Mount, basic seat, bank, mill, plank, reverse plank, kneeling, landing
Level 1 is based on the compulsory exercises of the E class according to the German LPO.
Due to the similarity of the compulsory exercises, these cards are also helpful for athletes from other countries.
Each card includes:
- Photos of the exercise with step‑by‑step explanation for correct execution
- Equipment or materials necessary for the exercise
- Recommended number of repetitions or duration
- Important tips for proper execution
- Variations and ways to increase difficulty
- Goals of the exercise
All this makes it easy to implement the exercises in training, so even younger vaulters can train independently with the cards after a short introduction. Additionally, the training cards offer you – whether you’re a coach or a vaulter – the opportunity to expand your knowledge and integrate new ideas into your training routine.
The practical size of the cards (A6: 105 × 148 mm) allows for quick storage, making the card set easy to bring to any training session or anywhere else.
