This card set includes preparatory exercises in strength and technique for the following moves:
Mount, basic seat, flag), plank, stand, forward swing, mill, backward swing, kneeling, landing
Level 2 is aligned with the compulsory exercises of the A & L performance levels according to the German LPO.
Due to the similarity of compulsory exercises, these cards are also suitable for vaulters from other countries.
Each card contains:
- Photos of the exercise with step‑by‑step instructions for correct execution
- Required equipment or materials
- Recommended number of repetitions or duration
- Important execution tips
- Variations and ways to increase difficulty
- Goals of the exercise
All of this makes it easy to implement the training, so even younger vaulters can practice independently after a brief introduction. Additionally, the training cards offer both coaches and vaulters the opportunity to expand their knowledge and integrate new ideas into their training routines.
The practical size (A6: 105 × 148 mm) allows for easy storage and transport to any training session or anywhere else.
